1. Who we are

2. These terms
These terms govern the sale of goods through this website (bisonhill.uk). They apply to all orders placed by consumers in the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
3. Your order and our contract
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the goods. A contract between us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to that point — for example if goods become unavailable or if there is a pricing error on the website.
If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you promptly and provide a full refund of any payment taken.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. We use a PCI-compliant payment processor — we do not store your card details.
If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you. You will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Delivery
We aim to despatch in-stock orders within 2–3 working days. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our reasonable control.
Delivery is to UK addresses unless otherwise agreed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
If goods are not delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you are entitled to cancel for a full refund.
6. Returns and cancellation
Your rights to cancel and return are set out in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full.
7. Product descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration. Minor variations in hand-finished products (stitching, leather, hardware) are inherent to small-batch manufacture and are not defects.
Personalised items are produced to the specification you provide. Please check your personalisation details carefully — we cannot accept returns for errors in your submitted text unless the item was produced incorrectly by us.
8. Our liability
We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or negligence. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for any business loss (this website is for consumer use only).
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Intellectual property
The Bison Hill name, logo, and the Gaucho BBQ Grill Apron design are protected. Reproduction without our written permission is not permitted.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order.
