Pull. Shred. Carve. Serve.
Most carving forks do one thing — hold the meat while the knife does the work. The King Fork does considerably more. With seven sharp 420 stainless steel teeth per fork and a wide, solid body built for grip, it handles the full range of tasks that come up around a live-fire cook: shredding a pulled pork shoulder, carving thick-cut steaks, tossing vegetables in a pan, lifting heavy cuts from the grill to the board, and anchoring a brisket while you slice.
Sold as a pair, the King Forks work together or independently. Use them as shredding claws — two forks, both hands, pulling a rested joint apart in minutes. Use one as an anchor fork and one as a carving guide. Or use a single fork to flip, toss, or move food around the grill with precision.

Who they are for
Anyone who cooks large cuts of meat regularly — pulled pork, brisket, roast chicken, lamb shoulder. Also excellent for fish, large vegetables, and whole roasts. A genuinely useful kitchen and grill tool, and a practical gift for serious cooks.
Why choose the King Fork
Cheap shredding forks bend, the tines splay under pressure, and the grip becomes uncomfortable quickly. The King Fork is laser-cut from a single piece of 420 steel, so there are no weak joints or flex points. The seven-tooth design gives more grip area than standard two or three-tine forks — useful when dealing with a rested joint that has gone soft and yielding.

Used these for a 10-hour pork shoulder smoke on Sunday. The 7-tine width makes shredding genuinely fast — I did the whole shoulder in under 5 minutes with better texture than I get with bear claws because I could actually feel the fibres and keep the bark in pieces. These live in my kit permanently now.

Bought for my dad who does a lot of pulled pork and brisket. He was sceptical — said he had forks. After one use he admitted these were completely different. The tine count means he can move a lot more meat per pull and he said the texture was noticeably better than using dinner forks. Great gift.

Exactly what you need for pulled pork. Wide enough to pull big sections, stiff enough that there’s no flex under load. The hooks mean they hang on the apron. Simple and right.

My husband was a ‘bear claws are fine’ person until I bought these. He is now fully converted. The wider tines give way more control over the shred — he can pull long fibres without destroying the bark, which apparently matters a lot. I believe him.

Used on brisket first time — flat mixed with point, wanted to keep the bark distinguishable. These let me do that. Wide enough to move volume but not so aggressive that everything turns to mush. Really pleased.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my son-in-law who runs a small catering operation at events. He said they were the best shredding tools he’d used and asked where I’d bought them from. High praise from him. Very happy with the purchase.

Well made. Does the job better than anything else I’ve tried. Hooks onto the apron belt which is a nice detail. 5 stars.

Bought alongside the apron as a Father’s Day gift bundle. Dad was really pleased — he’d been using dinner forks to shred and said these are in a completely different league. Quick delivery and nicely packaged.
