A single skewer is a start. Three skewers is a kebab night. The Trio Bison Skewer set gives you three of Bison Hill’s flat, barbed stainless steel skewers — enough for a full table of three guests, or enough to rotate between loads when cooking in batches.
Each skewer in the set is identical to the individual Bison Skewer: flat profile to stop food rotating, fourteen barbed tines to grip without tearing, a wide turning head for safe movement with tongs, and 420 stainless steel construction throughout. Load them simultaneously for a simultaneous cook, or stagger them for a longer session — the flat design means skewers stack in any grill orientation without rolling into each other.
