2025 was the year the Bison Hill range came together. Not completed — there is more to build — but assembled into something coherent: a full product line with a gift set structure that works, a Grill operation at real scale, and a brand that is recognised in the culture it was built for.
The milestones
The gift set range launched in March 2025 with eight sets from Starter Griller at £20 to Live Fire Hosts at £200. By December, the range was fully established and driving the majority of gifting decisions. Customers were navigating to the right set by budget and occasion without needing to build their own selection from individual products.
The Bison Hill Grill had its highest-ever number of events in 2025, including a first festival catering appearance and the largest single event in the brand’s history — a 120-guest wedding in Surrey in July. The Grill is no longer a side operation. It is a genuine part of the brand, present in the region, building recognition that the website alone cannot build.

What 2025 confirmed
The complete range architecture works. A customer arriving for the first time can find the right product at the right price for any occasion and any budget — from a BBQ Blade at £10 to the Live Fire Hosts set at £200. The gift set structure gave the range legibility it did not have when it was just a list of individual products.
The Grill confirmed that the brand’s association with serious outdoor cooking is genuine, not just claimed. We cook on everything we sell, in real conditions, at real events. When someone encounters Bison Hill at a wedding or a festival and then finds the site, they are not discovering a new brand. They are completing a picture of one they have already seen in action.
Looking ahead
The market for serious outdoor cooking equipment in the UK is still growing. The brand is established within it. That is the position 2025 built. 2026 is about doing more of what works, nothing that compromises what has been built, and continuing to tell the story honestly. There is more to do.
